1. Customer Cancellation

  • Local Rides: Free cancellation within 5 minutes of booking.

  • After 5 minutes, cancellation charge of ₹50–₹200 (depending on vehicle type).

2. Driver Cancellation

  • If driver cancels, customer gets full refund/credit of advance payment.

  • MHS ensures alternate driver allocation at no extra cost.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days via original payment method.

4. No-Show Policy

  • If customer is unavailable at pickup after 15 minutes, ride is marked “No Show” and cancellation fee applies.

5. Special Cases

  • Force majeure events (traffic, strikes, natural disasters) may lead to unavoidable delays/cancellations.
