1. Service Usage

• MHS Cabs connects customers with drivers/vehicle owners for local and outstation rides.

• You must be at least 18 years old to book a ride.

• Accurate pickup and drop details must be provided.

2. Booking & Payment

• Bookings are confirmed subject to vehicle/driver availability.

• Payments can be made via UPI, cards, wallets, or cash.

• Surge pricing may apply during peak hours.

3. Driver & Customer Responsibilities

• Drivers must maintain professional behavior, cleanliness, and punctuality.

• Customers must respect drivers and vehicles, avoid illegal activity, and ensure safety measures (seatbelts, helmets, etc.).

4. Limitation of Liability

• MHS Cabs is a technology platform, not the owner of vehicles.

• Any direct dispute between driver and customer should be reported immediately to MHS support.

5. Termination of Use

• MHS reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, fraud, or breach of policy.

6. Governing Law

• These Terms shall be governed by Indian Law, jurisdiction at Dehradun Courts.
